We measure our competitiveness by comparing our prices with quotations from subcontractors, assessing feedback on work undertaken for customers external to Toll NZ Consolidated Limited, contract consultants to undertake studies, benchmarking against our competitors. We use key performance indicators to measure improvement and achievement of goals.
