Terrible staff from beggining to end. Called the reception and made some inquiries regarding dental work and the cost like most civilians would before commiting to the one clinic. Reception had no idea what she was talking about which baffled me considering she works there. Was brought into the dental room by the assistant then she walked back out and chatted the the reception. I was left in the room for 5 mins before the dentist came in. He talked to me like i was a 5 year old kid which I did not like, gave me a treatment list which consisted of 8 fillings. I was surprised considering i only had a check up 18 months ago without the need fro fillings. I suppose he is the professional so went back to have the clean. Hygiene had the worst manner. Never smiled throughout the whole appointment and did a bad job. Very expensive as well. I decided to get a second opinion at a different practice and was told I only needed 1 filling due to cavity, the others work that was recommended at tennyson was to replace my amalgam fillings.. Not impressed, do not recommend at all.
