The reception staff at this medical centre can be really rude. They apply charges for services without telling you, and then get grumpy when you say this is not ok. I was charged $32 for some administrative services which were entirely optional, yet I wasn't given the information that this would be the cost of it. The staff were really rude on the phone when I tried to discuss it with them. This kind of event has happened on more than one occasion in my short experience of this practice. I would stay away from this practice.
