Absolutely great place to dine. The food is fantastic, lots of brilliant and flavoursome meals, with something for everyone; you must try the "cowboy ben dip"; it is great. The awesome atmosphere makes it a place you just don't want to leave.

went here once again after a hard day at Uni.Had to wait almost an hour for service but staff were very friendly. Upon ordering a huge stack of pork ribs I was not disappointed by the famous lone star sauce they smear over them. Delicious

been here on numerous occasions. Pre-reccession era, meals sizes were fairly decent and tasty. However, during the recession, meal sizes have shrunk in size(increased in price) and the waiting period for your meal, would take almost an hour to reach your table. desserts are over-priced and not really that nice. So, unless your after an overpriced meal with lousy service DINE here!

Always a great restaurant to dine at. A fantastic array of meals and excellent service and ambience. Offers a good night out and value for your money and even has meals for those non-meat eaters out there.

As a student I was introduced to the famous "More is never enough" tag line of Lone Star .. and I can say my waist line never looked the same since. We would frequently walk the length of town to get to Lone Star to feast on the massive dinners, and stumble home in a fuzzy blur of yummy goodness
