Excellent service, asked for a quote and after checking the vehicle was given an approx. cost to fix as they said a quote couldn't be given until it was dismantled and inspected.
The quoted price was less than the approx. and the repair was completed in less time than promised.
I had the use of their loan car with no cost to me except the cost of the petrol, this was extremely helpful as it allowed me to get too and from work without borrowing or hiring a car.

The job was completed on schedule and my car now functions well. However, I found the owner very abrasive when I went to pay, and there was a grease stain on the seat and the steering wheel. Because of his attitude I did not feel comfortable going back to ask for it to be removed. They seem to have done a good job of the repair, but the experience left me with a sour taste in my mouth. With a bit more attention to customer service it would be a good garage.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry about your experience and the grease stain on the seat and steering wheel. While it is standard practice to use seatcovers while carrying out work on customers cars I will remind my staff to remember to do this and also make sure their hands are clean before driving a customers vehicle. I am sorry I came across as abrasive and apologise for this, usually I recieve compliments on my customers skills. If you have not had the seat and steering wheel cleaned please return the vehicle so this can be done for you. Once again thank you for your feedback it is valuable and will enable us to improve our service.
