19th December 2014 The Manager named Diana, who answered my mother's call was very rude with terrible customer service and communication skills. My mother is foreign so has an accent and Diana straight away assumed she was a telemarketer. She yelled at her saying such things like "delete this number, stop calling me", when my mother called back to ask for the manager to rightfully complain about the terrible service. All my mother wanted was to know the price of something, but instead suffered a type of verbal discriminating abuse that she has never come across before after being in New Zealand for 20 years. I personally called Diana afterwards as I do not have an accent and explained how upset she made my mother and how that is very unacceptable to act in such a manner. I am very unimpressed with Diana and Stirling P K Co Ltd.
