18th July 2013 I have had a number of issues of late with the Paraparaumu store. Really disappointed today again, that something has been left off my order! Had the issue with the drive through as I had to re-advise them of my order, then as it wasn't ready had to "park up" for it... Now, I have tried twice to call and there is no answer or an answer phone!
Please briefly explain why this content is inappropriate...

10th January 2013 ordered via drive through that was OK got to food window- no one there, waited for someone to acknowledge and pass my order - told to wait at No1 carpark for order completion - after a few minutes order was delivered - drove away and started to eat fries - they were bloody cold - so I took the time and fuel to go there for cold food - thanks Kapiti Maccas

29th February 2012 I live locally, and upon returning home, discovered that my order is incomplete. I have tried twice to call them on the above number to no avail... Not even an answer phone! This has happened a number of times before (them not completing my order, and it's not the younger staff that make this mistake either!) Come on guys, I thought you would be trying harder, now that Wendy's has opened up just down the road.
