21st January 2009 This is a lovely pool for all ages I have 5 children aged 1-12 and it caters for all The staff are lovely and friendly and the premises are clean Cant fault this pool at all 5 stars
This Award Winning Facility is located 5 minutes walk from the Central Hutt shopping area and offers excellent facilities for Adult heath and fitness, plus fun water features for children under 10 and the award winning swim school, Swim City.

25th April 2009 This is a good pool, but if you're looking to aqua-jog regularly, especially before 10am at the weekends, you'll find that:
- the pool may often be closed for sports events
- there is only half a lane available for aqua-jogging because of swimming lessons.
You need to check the www.huttcity.govt.nz website for Huia Pool closure times (not THAT easy to find), and you will NEVER even be acknowledged if you mention this, ever so politely, in feedback - paper, verbally or via email.
