15th October 2013 Called Mr. Minit to ask a question about getting a key cut and instantly received bad service and when I asked for the number to their head office I was hung up on. Angry at this I continued to call back to find out how I can file a complaint. Eventually I would call and he would pick up on the other end and wait for me to speak so that as soon as he recognised my voice he could hang up. By now I am enraged so I drove to Sylvia Park to find the manager and speak to him in person. When I arrived at Sylvia I discovered that over the phone I was actually speaking to the manager on the phone so I was confronted with his rude service even in person. I am definately never using a Mister Minit again. On the positive I found a very nice place to get my key cut and the staff were able to answer all my questions instantly at the other end of the mall, the lady working there even managed to brighten my day after all this.
