2nd June 2010 Awful place. Somebody called Nelson got my proof of purchase stuck in their fax machine while trying to copy it, and left it there. When I insisted he return it he started shouting (and I do mean 'shouting') at me about how he'd need a technician and how stupid I was. One of the other staff retrieved it in about 5 seconds.
