20th May 2011 i hate the work done , very very bad customer service and attitude is even worst. I gave them the pair of puma shoes. one has small cut in front of shoe , i just bought it so dont wana to through away, just small cut look bad. when i went back to collect and pay the payment, cut on the shoe even look worse. the owner di'nt agree to listen to me bcz his father fixed the shoes i need to come back other day bcz he have no time for me. than i just ask politely can u explain to ur father about the problem , he start yelling on me, go out of my shop otherwise i calling the police try to treaten me. I was very surprise it happen first time with me in new zealand somebody talk with me like that.
