This is an update on my last review. Since 2009. I have had some amazing incredible personal changes and oportunities over the last few years, most notibly my career and lifestyle. Thanks to Kerrie, her father, and her amazing team I have turned what was potentially a downward spiral of self denial, negativity, and self doubt,after a major back injury that required an operation, into a positive change. Now I am achiving things I never thought possible, I work part time yet I'm better off than most of the people who work full time. How might you ask is this possible, well... I took the tools that HCD have given me and I began to apply them. At the start I was what ever, Now I can say "am I ever so grateful to have listened and taken action on thier advice". This above all is the most important part- Take action on thier recommendations, they are specialists in thier field for a reason!!! so get on the bus with HCD and go where you never thought possible.

Anyone on ACC considering returning to the workforce should make the effort to see these people. I have had an excellent experience with this company. Their advice goes well beyond what you would expect from a recruitment company. The people I have had the pleasure of dealing with, all have helped with motivation when the chips were down, to advice with future employment, courses, and are there to help you even after you have been placed in a job. My experiences with them so far have been due to injury's that required ACC intervention. My advice to anyone who is dealing with them is: Bring with you anything that can help them identify your skills, this includes both personal life and work history. also make sure that you let them know what your dreams and inspirations are as this will help them identify jobs that you will enjoy not just jobs you can do.
