The Northerner Motor Inn

The Northerner Motor Inn is a Tudor styled complex situated ten minutes walk from the centre of Kaitaia, the last major stop before heading North to World famous Ninety Mile Beach and Cape Reinga Lighthouse, New Zealand's Northern most point. The Northerner, opened in 1981, covers a two acre site with ample car & bus parking.

Hotel facilities are spacious and sumptuous surrounding generating an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity. Accommodation - 76 Studio Units. Room Facilities - Ensuite with shower, coffee & tea provisions, clock & radio, wall mounted fan heater, telephone, television - channels 1,2 & 3, iron & ironing board. Newspaper - complimentary NZ Herald Monday through Saturday.

Conference Facilities - Two conference venues available. For further enquiries, including catering options, please contact management. Spa pool and sauna - complex open 7.30am to 9.30pm. Guest laundry - Open 7.30am - 9.30pm. Restaurant - licensed. Open daily from 7.00am for breakfast and 6.00pm for dinner. All function, including weddings, catered for. Cocktail lounge - open daily from 4.30pm. Tour bookings - boarding passes at reception. Buses pick up at reception. Location - 1 km North of C.P.O on Highway One. 10 km to airport.
