Thames is the base church serving a wide area, where individual congregations have been equipped and encouraged to take responsibility for their own church life as far as possible. This has lead to active, vibrant communities of faith throughout the area, many of which are very involved in ecumenical activities. Worship is reverent and focused on the sacraments, including traditional and contemporary elements.
