1st April 2011 Trying to send an email to you as had had an issue with returning a faulty garment to your store. 3 weeks and to date no resolve and no follow up on your behalf. I have had to phone and call into your branch every couple of days without any result. $182 for a faulty tunic worn three times and falling apart at a bottom seam. I am very disappointed in quality and in service.I expect to be refunded in full and promptly.
