14th October 2010 They offer really nice food and service. We had the seafood chowder and my girlfriend loved it and she had many bowls. all the seafood are fresh and the steak sauce that they made was awesome and I still cant forget the taste. We still considering to go down to Rotorua for the food soon. nice food and nice view.. very romantic

26th July 2010 My grandfather was a fan of taking us here for family dinners, the buffet was your typical buffet with good food, lots of it and friendly staff willing to help out where needed. We've been back a few times, the last time the food was just as good as it's always been

13th January 2010 Very disappointed with the management. The luge is being run in a highly irresponsible way. There are kids crashing into each other on the way down and there is no supervision or proper instructions given. My family member got injured and there was no one there to help or own responsibility. They need to increase their safety standards as there are none. Excuses like can't afford more staff does not do any good. Please be very careful while going on the luge.
