13th September 2012 Unfortunately I have had a lot of experiences with resthaven with a close family member being there for a time. I have found them below poor. The management is shocking and are bullies. They don't listen and put themselves before patient safety.They go back on their word and don't care if it puts patients at risk. Staff are very poorly trained and no effort was made to improve their skills or even acknowledge the visible damage they are causing their patients. I will never let anyone I know return there in the future and have been advised by many people that they have had the same if not worst experiences.
