21st April 2011 Have utilised this testing station frequently in the past when under the VTNZ banner with no problems however latest experience was a nightmare. Staff were arrogant and not forthcoming with simple information required to get my trailer through its warrant, instead referring me to the LTSA website. This resulted in having to return 3 times for a simple brake light issue which could have been fixed on the spot in 2 minutes (bulbs around wrong way). Why waste everyones time with multiple checks with such a simple fix. Recommend you go elsewhere.

22nd March 2011 New to Hamilton,I went here for a Wof recently. I was amazed at how quick it was with many staff all working efficently, and quickly i was on my way.and it was unbiased,they told me basicly what needed doing to my car,( didnt try to tell me my car needed lots doing to it like other places ive been to for cheap Wof deals), and i was able to fix it myself,and returned to get it passed for a wof sticker without any hassell quickly.They where the best.
I can understand how they have stayed in business for so many years,they where so good to me
