Experienced a poor 24hr call out from these guys. One persons lack of customer service experience let down the whole company. I strongly recommend using other companies like BRIDGE-STONE or FIRE STONE or any one else then these guys. When I rang the boss to complain, his exact words were "well what do you want me to do about it?? I'm not to worried as this guys (that gave me the bad experience) finishes up end of this week" At this stage I was like..... OK , even the boss doesn't give a SHIT. Do I need to say more...the response from the boss says it all, FLEET TYRES company values in providing excellent customer service to customers is a JOKE.....sort it out guys.
