Excellent Company to deal with. Communicated well about needs and budget to get the right model. Turned up on time for installation and cleaned up before they left. Great after sales service. Will highly recommend them.

Poor after sale service and communication. Watch out for hefty call out fees.

Attended service call promptly as requested by Ramassh Theivendran and found filters blocked on all four of his heat pumps. Ramassh had not cleaned them as advised on the phone before we came out, but he insisted it would be something else under warranty which it was not. Unfortunately for Ramessh we don't give a free service for cleaning filters and I don't no anyone who does.
