I have to agree with Meechelle09. These people take advantage and liberties with your hard earned cash. Long story short, if you find a genuine error with their service, don't expect them to admit it or correct it in a professional manner. Avoid, avoid and avoid. They cost me $642.73 for a job which should have only cost half that.

Went to The Best Automotive Clinic for a warrant, was told I needed more than $1000 work before the car could pass a warrant. The men were very quick to take advantage of the fact that I was female and didn't know much about cars, telling me that several parts needed replacing and would probably need to be kept in for a few days to get everything done. Decided to get a second opinion and got the car fixed and warranted for $250. Would definitely not recommend unless you like throwing money down the toilet.

I am so sorry to hear that you feel that we took advantage of you because you were a female. This certainly was NOT our intention. Safety is our primary motivation and we would much rather replace parts that we don’t feel confident will provide you with optimum safety for the life of your “WOF”. Quality workmanship and safety are really important to us and that’s why we are regularly nominated for (and have won) MTA awards in the “General Repairer” category. We prefer NOT to “do just do enough to get you a new warrant”… just in case. Thank you very much for your feedback, because we obviously didn’t do a good job of communicating this to you and we will now endeavour to do a better job of this in the future. Mark Baker - Owner
