Dear Sir/Mdm.,
Re: Hygiene / Cleanliness of Fitting Rooms
I would like to bring to your kind attention of the awful experience I had when I shopped at your outlet on last weekend. I tried some clothing at the fitting room. When I got out from the fitting room I felt itchiness on my left foot and left lower leg. I wasn't really take note initially thought it was some kind of insect bites till I got home later. To my surprised, I realized there were about 20 flea bites marks on my left foot and left lower leg. The itchiness was so bad that I kept waking up from sleep during the night to apply some anti-itch cream so as to get back to sleep. It was really annoying to be disturb from sleep throughout the night!
Would sincerely appreciate your management staffs will kindly make the necessary arrangement that your house keeping team staffs will look into the hygiene and cleanliness of your outlet especially the fitting rooms for the comfort of your shoppers.
