Possibly the worst customer service we have experienced in NZ, The owner is belligerent and unhelpful and makes the client feel that any request is too much of an effort to deal with. His staff at the location are good however especially the older gentleman who assists in the pick up and maintenance of vehicles. As with any of his type owner is very slick when sale is going through but after sales is terrible. Very fortunate will not to have to deal with Glen again and would recommend prospective clients buy their vans elsewhere.
