26th March 2011 Servilles Hairdressing in Mission Bay is the best ever hairdresser I have been so far. Olivia was very helpful, nice, welcoming. Im really proud of my hair colouring. Great service, great hairdresser.
2nd March 2012 I went to Mission Bay Servilles for the first time the other day with a voucher that I had purchased from a friend. I was only able to book in with one stylist (who I now presume is the newest/least experienced one). I have blonde hair and have been getting highlights for years. I was very happy with my current colour so asked for her to just keep it the same. Well at the end of it my hair was almost brown, nothing at all like what it was. A very dull colour. Nothing like the bright blonde I had before and I was made to feel stupid when I said multiple times I wasn't happy with it, I made it very clear. The colourist advised me it would wash out.. well it never did and I have now spent a lot of money trying to fix it at a different salon. She said if I still wasn't happy with it in a week I could go back but quite frankly after the way she made me feel I didn't want to return and never will. It is going to take another couple of hairdressing visits to get my hair back to how it was. Very unhappy. I suggest that for new clients they use one of their more experienced stylists if they want people to come back.
