1st November 2013 Really bad experience. I was offered a complimentary blow wave as a new customer, so i made my booking for it and when i went to the store they told me that they couldn't see me because they were running late with their appointments. To make up for it they offered to give me shampoo samples. Ruined my evening. Never going back.
