6th May 2011 To Whom it May Concern,
I have a hair dyer which is passed its warrantee and now will only blow cold air. I would like to dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way. Since you produced this product I think that it is up to you to dispose of it in the safest possible way. Please can I have your address to send it back to you?
Kind Regards
Esther Paterson
