This is the best medical centre I have ever attended. The doctors are extremely thorough and take into account individual situations and problems before determining the appropriate action. They do not just patch up and send home but show real care. A+++++

I gave a sample to the clinic on a Friday, and was told that I would receive a call with the results on Monday. Monday rolled around, and by the ended of the day no one had called so I decided to call myself. The receptionist told me that the nurse was busy and assured me that someone would call me back. No one called. This happened again when I called on Tuesday and for a third consecutive day when I called on a Wednesday. By Friday no one had attempted to contact me. I was rightfully upset and called and politely and informed the receptionist of my disappointment. She was instantly defensive and told me that it was more important to deal with the patients that were in the office then with me. She begrudgingly re-took my number and was obviously eager to get off the phone with me. I was offended that she did not take any responsibility for not following up with a patient as promised and her disregard and insensitivity to my health concerns. It was completely unprofessional and I will not be returning to the clinic.
