Excellent service every time. Craig and his team always carry out any work professionally, the quotes are accurate and before they proceed on any additional work they always ring and confirm it first so no nasty surprises on the bill.

Really unpleasant experience ! I would never bring my car to them again. The reverse camera of my car stopped working so I brought it for them to have a look. They took 4 hours just to tell me what the problem was. That been said, I found out that no Mechanic charges just to diagnose the problem . After I refused to do the service there because the price was a way much more than the other quotes I got from other places, I picked my car and realized they left the camera out of its place and the rubber boot also out, which could cause me a lot of trouble if the water went inside. Apart from that, I tried to contact them to get an explanation since I paid for the "checking" and they never answered me back. Really poor service ! Never come back or let my friends go there,

Had a very unpleasant experience and expensive. Did a coolant system flush and WOF with them. A month later my engine overheated. Bought it back and they said the cooling system parts were just too old and there was a leak. Ended up charging me over $150 just for labour. When I asked if they discovered anything during the previous flush, they said no. I asked if they could discount the labour cost given that I did a WOF and coolant flush with them, they said no again saying that there is no guarantee and that things are just unpredictable. Regardless, I would not recommend Fredco Motors at all.
