14th May 2015 Otara Branch took advantage of me. Different prices from different staff.
The worst of all is the put off the wheel alignment, prior alignment its straight. after they worked on its poor job and the steering is not straight, did go back to change it but the staff who work on did a dodgy job and work on alignment 3-4 times. its a waste of time and money.
will never go back again

3rd October 2014 Beware of this place!!! Run far away!!
I was told my cam belt requires changing.
My car does not even use a cam belt.
My car use the chain method.
This shows they cannot be bothered to look at my car.
All their recommendation are pre-planned and well rehearsed designed to rip you off.
God ! They did not give up and suggested an engine flash for $250!!!
AA charges $15 for an engine flash.
These people have no moral end ethics.

31st May 2014 Dont waste your time and money, my family and friends all told me not to go there, but i did,only because i stay the next suburb over.The service was bad,all i wanted was new wheels for a different look which they quoted 2400 including rim and tyres,so and ask if there was any thing that needs to be fixed on my car and i said maybe a cambelt change and then quoted me for 1200. there was nothing wrong with my velchile to start with it was just for peace of mind it even had a fresh wof, so i applied for finance through them which took like 3 hours ,then said i need all these things done to my car whithout even test driving it the whole thing is a scam !!!! I MEAN SCAM !!!!!! and now im owing 5 grand,they said it will take 2 days which then lead to 4,1st and last

3rd January 2014 unorganised, went their to do my cars wheel alignment ,one of the guys working their told me just wait for 20 min we will do it.When he I took it to where the alignment is done ,one lady came running is the car booked for alignment.i told her I came here noboday was on the reception and I talked to one of your worker he said wait we will do it.Anyway she said to make a booking after I wasted their standing nearly 30 min...no good costumer service , very disappointed...they just have .went to tonys tyre..they did it instantly with a good smile and well organised team...it happened with me at ( 116 birds road otara..)..branch...

14th October 2013 I wouldnt even give this garage a rating, used to come here all the time for wof and tyres, they put me in touch with their sister company who is literally just around the corner, - 116 Bairds Road, Otara, Auckland, and this is where i have always got my tyres till now! i have just had my wof and this failed as my car as mis matched tyres do you not think a car tyre place would check this out beforehand! so i have had to get a new tyre this was obviously from elsewhere and you guys have just lost a customer, thanks very much!

20th April 2013 Great service! Regularly get my WOF and Service done here at a very good price. Service is always friendly and up to the highest standard. Both my family and friends all have their repairs done here, also have very cheap tyres! Highly recommended!
