After accepting a quotation for some kitchen and outdoor plumbing work from this business the work was not booked in to begin for well over 12months due to the poor operations and organization of this business only. I waited and waited and waited. I followed through with it as their quote was on the low side; but you get what you pay for I suppose. Service is poor.
