Not a great job from beginning to end! WE got John to sand and polyurethane our floors. Once completed, we noticed the polyurethane coat was looking gritty and rough, with sawdust, some loose fragments, loose nails stuck or glued into the polyurethane coat. Even after getting Him to come back and repair the job, the finish is rough and unprofessional. A D.I.Y'er could achieve a smoother finish. I do not recommend Anderson Floor Sanding Ltd to Anyone. Be wary!
