Fantastic service. Always arrives when promised. Honest in his assessment (does not cross-sell or over-sell unnecessary work). Infact finds innnovative ways to reduce cost. Great guy to talk to and leaves the place clean and tidy after finishing work.
I am using him the second time now. The first time I used him was to replace the entire Dux Quest piping in my newly purchased house. Other plumbers oversold and tried their best to make a quick buck out of my problems by quoting $15K-$20K for the entire work (not inclusive of plastering and painting of the replaced gibboards). Grant did the work for much much lower than that (not by cutting corners or by supplying cheap low quality products) but by being honest about the actual costs and by finding a workaround that minimised both his work and subsequent plastering and painting costs for me.
Very rare to see honest and hardworking plumbers like Grant. I have already recommended him to couple of my friends who have had similar positive feedback about him. I will use him anytime.
