When I went to collect my car it had a massive crack down the windscreen that wasn't there before - they claimed it hadn't been done by them and refused to take any responsibility. The company's "director" was nasty and unprofessional throughout our communication and wouldn't even apologise for the damage caused to my car. Had to replace my windscreen on top of the $350 fee. If you have to tow someone, please make sure you do not call Auckland Towing Co.

Car was towed away for NO legitimate reason at all, ended up having to call their number. Customer service was handled very poorly. Operator had bad manners, hung up when I asked her why my car was towed away. Non negotiable even when confronted in person. Charges higher than normal fees to get car released. Be wary of parking in suspicious business zones.

We found that the sign used to display the tow away threat wasnt clearly displayed. If we had seen it we wouldnt have parked there. There were people standing around the sign with other cars and when we came back to find the car gone. The parking space was literally 3 blocks away from where we were going and definatly would not have parked in a tow away area 3 blocks away to come back to no car and a $280+ fine. We clearly did not see the sign and if the council was harder on people drinking on the streets of Auckland city we would have seen the sign. The people standing around the sign were drinking. I am not willing to approach intoxicated people to see if there is a sign behind them which I do not know of. Id just like to see clearly shown signs of the tow away areas. Especially in the City Area.

i went in to auckland towing last week and was greeted with absolute disrespect from the lady at the front desk, her remarks were rude and her tone of voice was not excellent when it comes to customer service, i walked out feeling upset and judged, i recommend to auckland towing directors and managers to replace this lady with someone who understands customer service with a smile, i walked away without doing business with that company as i had felt disgusted.please either talk with this person and show her the importance of quality customer care or do not hesitate to find a replacement.
