Melton Estate is located just 20 minutes from Christchurch in the township of West Melton (between the Main South Road and West Coast Road from Christchurch). Set on 12 acres, Melton Estate is a boutique vineyard, with a purpose-built vineyard cafe and event centre for weddings, conferences and other family occasions.

Surrounding the cafe and event centre are sheltered gardens, expansive lawns, and thereafter the outlook is a lush vineyard of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling vines that produce some of Canterbury(TM)s finest wines.

The newly renovated venue has a large banquet room that overlooks the vineyard, a separate bar area, and a courtyard room which is used for wedding dances and private meetings. Overall we can cater for up to 125 people depending on the occassion.
