Your day staff lady is basically unapproachable as she has a very grumpy demeanor and it makes me not want to go back. Not to mention rude and unhelpful with mainly one line answers to reasonable questions about movies. It's very obvious she doesn't want to be there and quite frankly you need to have a person working for you that has a good out-look on life. Thanks for the experience!
