About Japanese Acupuncture:
It is a particularly gentle and sophisticated style of acupuncture; great emphasis is placed on the comfort of the patient during the treatment. After a thorough and individual diagnosis, very fine, sterile steel needles - just the thickness of a few hairs - will be inserted gently and painlessly (yes, that is possible) into specific points on your skin and, depending on your needs, left in place for a few seconds or minutes.
The treatment is very relaxing, and many patients even take a brief acu-nap, waking up deeply relaxed and refreshed.
About Rebecca Erlewein, Acupuncturist and Alternative Health Practitioner:
Rebecca has been studying Chinese medicine since 1996, and Western (scientific) medicine and Japanese Acupuncture since 2000. Since 2004, she has successfully treated over a hundred patients in her clinic. Her patients come from all courses of life, from students to university professors, and from stay-at-home mothers to firemen and policemen.
The most commonly treated complaints in her clinic are muscle and joint pain, insomnia, and emotional or mental problems.
