Your hosts, Chris and Janet Abbott welcome you to our historic restored 1870s villa in Christchurch's unique seaside village. Our home is one block from the beach, and an easy ten-minute walk along the beach to Sumner's many cafes, restaurants, boutique shops and cinema. Both suite and studio have king-sized beds, own kitchen areas, TV, DVD and internet access. Off-street parking. Laundry facilities (suite only). Home-baked bread.

Wonderful base for many walks, swimming, surfing, mountain biking and road biking - or jsut relaxing at the beach or around Sumner Village.

Nightly rates:
Suite: $140 (2 people), $120 (single).
Studio: $120 (2 people), $100 (single).
