The Warehouse is one of New Zealand's largest retailers, known and loved by Kiwis for its wide range of departments, including apparel, entertainment and technology, music, sporting, gardening, grocery, and many others.

We have been giving Kiwis bargains since 1982 and have grown to 85 stores throughout New Zealand. We remain a New Zealand owned and operated company, employing over 8,500 team members from Kaitaia to Invercargill.

"The Big Red Shed" will happily take your money, but expect a completely different experience if you ever have to return something. I've witnessed screaming fights between customers and staff at the so called "customer service" counter queue. The customer is treated as the enemy! They don't appear to realize that a customer may have spent hundreds or even thousands of dollars over the years with them, but it only takes one extremely unpleasant experience to sour things permanently. There is a distasteful and unhealthy atmosphere at this company.
