It is mostly dissapointing going to subway in hawera, everytime we ask for no jalepenos they somehow magically appear on our subs, now if someone has allergies to jalepenos and that keeps happening i'm sure its going to reflect badly on subway. Employees need to listen to the customer more carefully considering they get told 3 times not to put them on. but in all fairness of subway they are nice its just the employees that don't listen.
