This comment is written in all fairness, responsibility and honesty. Have spent $30NZ on a new pair of shoes for my 7 year old. After 2 months, shoes were so worn they were unwearable, and on return (with receipt) was told 2 months was too long, and they would not provide me with an exchange. Decided to give Head Office a call and was told the same thing. They could not guarantee any of their shoes, nor could they tell me what a fair amount of time would be to see wear & tear in their products. WARNING: Do not buy shoes from here unless you would like to be purchasing a new pair in a couple of months.
