Excellent facilities, helpful and accommodating friendly staff. The units are dry and secure and best of all, you can drive right up to them. Easily accessible off the NW motorway and I found their prices really competitive. I would definitely recommend.

I have now used National Mini Storage for the 3rd time. I have found the staff very easy to deal with, and that they are not only friendly, but are easy to relate to and helpful. I have found this suprising, given that customer service can be rather lacking in a lot of areas nowadays! I have felt reassurred that my belongings are safe whilst storing, and it's been very easy to get a unit and simple to leave again when I no longer required the storage. I wouldn't hesitate to use National Mini Storage [Henderson] again, and recommend it to others. Rachel. Te Atatu Peninsula

Very good customer service with excellent communications at all times. Clean, secure storage units - good access. Only reservation I have is the cost of the larger storage unit which we used to store our vehicle as well as office and home furniture - the monthly rate over a long period of time is extremely expensive. The small units on the other hand are a very reasonable price.
