Located in the heart of the Waikato, center of dairy farming and agricultural research, Gribbles Veterinary - Hamilton is housed in a 1000 square metre building purpose built in 2001. We have a total of forty staff including four Veterinary Pathologists and thirty veterinary technicians, including specialist technical experts in each of the laboratory departments. Our quality systems include International Accreditation New Zealand (IANZ) accreditation to ISO 17025 which is internally monitored by our QA manager, and annually audited by IANZ.
The laboratory is well equipped with State of the Art instrumentation such as the Roche Modular Biochemistry analyser and the ADVIA 120 Haematology analyser which enables same day turnaround on Clinical Pathology cases received up to 4:45pm. The laboratory is open 6:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 12:00noon on Saturdays and operates an after hours call service.
