Poor. He's always friendly but has structured his clinic so he's usually working on 2-3 patients at a time, flicking from one to another. As a result, appointments take a long time, are inevitably very much behind schedule, and the quality of his work suspect (our daughter has experienced no end of problems). If there was somebody else we could use in Rotorua we would switch.
