Palmy 31 is Palmerston North's new modern hostel complex, which opened in January 2004. Located at 31 Ngata St with 84 studio bedroom units. A 2-minute walk to UCOL and to the centre of Palmerston North's Broadway Ave shopping strip.

If you need a place to stay that gives you security independence and freedom, at the same time meeting new people, then Palmy 31 is for you!

Walking distance to town, UCOL, cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. 5 minutes to Massey University by bus or car and not much further to Linton or Ohakea.
