IAMSL was looking for a safe and easy way to transfer files between our staff. Various options and software providers were investigated, eg FTP software, Web Data Backup services, Small Business Server. Each option had drawbacks, usually complexity and cost. Glenn from Centric Ltd offered a simple and economical solution using a hosted Sharepoint site. He transparently administers, backups, and troubleshoots the site meaning all IAMSL staff need to do is use the system.

In addition to the initial use of file transfer, IAMSL has also found the Sharepoint site useful as a secure centralised web based storage area for Quality System documents, Templates/Policies, Bulletin board for current company news, and an up to date Staff Directory.

Glenn has branded the out of the box graphics to duplicate IAMSL’s Web site graphics giving a very professional image to staff users.

IAMSL are very satisfied with Centrics’ Sharepoint product and highly commend it to other businesses.

Centric's hosting and support provided in utilising our company's SharePoint website has been invaluable. We now have a robust and highly secure way of storing all of our client and company data and are able to collaborate more efficiently as a team.
