Tom and Lily are very nice people and they intended to do well. However, after Tom started what was to be a small project (replacing two shrouds on my mizzen mast), it grew out of control. He and his sidekick, Mal, made mistakes. At one point, my wife, who only knows a little about rigging, took me aside and asked if they knew what they were doing because it was obvious even to her untrained eye that they didn't. I cannot recommend IYS for rigging work.
