As owners of a "leaky" building, Auckland Property Management were too slow, ignorant and too lazy to take a look at the building themselves. Instead of offering authentic advice and dealing with the facts they muddled along for years, wasting our money on lawyers to protect themselves and the rest, including numerous staff changes, and ignoring all breaches of the rules with responses that everything has to wait to the AGM - those they sloppily handle, glossing over where they assume owners do not know. Other superior strata managers know what is required, are on-the-ball, and know their job is more than collecting money.
