I have been seeing Patti Piper for a few years now. Until I met her I refused to go to the doctors as us males tend to do. Since meeting Patti I havr a different view on the subject. Patti is straight up and is so genuine. She is such a caring lady and always remembers me on a personal level which to be honest I feel like I'm just a number with every other doctor I've seen. Shesba one in a million and I will continue to be a loyal patient of hers for as long as she is doing GP services. If your looking for an unbelievable GP who won't dissapoint go and see Patti Piper ! She's a star!

I have been seeing Patti for about 15+ years. She is an absolutely amazing doctor. I have never met such a genuine , passionate and caring human being. I have moved houses all around Auckland but even being an hour away I will always make the drive to see Patti and I refuse to see anyone else. I trust her with my life and she is just the best GP I could have ever asked for. I've also referred a lot of people onto her and they have all said exactly the same thing. She's a one in a million!!

Until I met Dr Patti Piper I took it as a given that all doctors were jaded and overworked. Patti's passion and enthusiasm for her profession, determination to find solutions for your problems and genuine empathy are all tonics in themselves. I now live in Wellington and although that means flying to Auckland every time I need to see her, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Jennifer Souness

My GP,has recently been recruited to Sunset Road Family Doctors and I am following her to this practise. She is the best Doctor I have ever had and I have had many over the years with a number of complicated health issues which are coming right thanks to her expertise and ability to really listen. She always follows up with blood test results when they need my attention. I have read the comments about previous receptionists. I have not met any of the former and pretty glad, after reading the reviews, but can happily say my first experience today with the new receptionist was an absolute pleasure. She was busy but the way she spoke to me let me feel valued and at ease. Fast and competant with a warm tone. I will certainly stick with this health care service :)

The moment I stepped through the doors at the practice the other day, I knew something had changed...... For the better! Gone are the miserable & rude receptionists (hey, I'm already sick, way to make me feel worse!). Appears they have left with previous rude miserable Drs (good luck with your new business by the way!). The loveliest ladies greeted me at reception today. Excellent recruitment choice! But the main reason I keep coming back here is Dr Patti. She's been my doc for nearly 20 years and she truly deserves some kind of Best Doctor Oscar. The most thorough, caring, knowledgable and funniest (yes funniest). GP. There is! Love you guys!

Have been and will be a patient at sunset road family doctors for a very long time. The front counter staff have been replaced and the addition of receptionists who know how to smile has made this place so much more welcoming. Dr Piper is mt GP and I trust her implicitly, she is an extraordinary gp and has kept me fighting fit for years. An absolute pleasure to deal with. It's a shame I can only award a max of 5 stars, this place is the best !!!

Patti Piper at Sunset Rd Family Doctors has been my doctor for over 10 years, even though I now live in West Auckland I still travel to shore to see her, simply because shes the best. She has been and always will be an awesome lady to deal with !!! Yes I agree the receptionists of old left alot to be desired, but they have been replaced now, this change has made this practice all the more friendlier and better. I, without hestation, would 100% recommend the team at Sunset Road for anyone whos looking for a positive change to their health care.

I have been going to Dr Piper at Sunset Road for 20 years now - she is fantastic with me and my two children who love going to see Dr Patti. We have also seen Dr Konings who is lovely as well. Would recommend this practice to anyone, especially with the lovely nurse and now that they have had some changes on reception

I have been a patient at sunset road family doctors and have always found the receptionist really polite and very helpful. The wait of half an hour or so is not the fault of the receptionist or the doctors, this is usually due to the fact that the patient before has taken longer than the required time. I will continue to be a patient of Patti Piper and have also been seen by Angela Konings and have also found her excellent too.

This clinic has looked after my family for 7 years. Unfortunately, as our 7 year old daughter is rather sickly, we know them well. Sometimes I'm having a bad day, and have been blunt with the receptionists, and other times, they're having a bad day and may come off as being a little on edge. But the most important thing is that my children are always being seen by nurturing and professional doctors and nurses. They're accurate in their findings and advice, and always allow an easy follow-up option just in case you're still concerned, or you need prescription repeats etc. That's what I pay my money for. Everything else to me, is water off a ducks back.
