Enviroservices (2002) Ltd specialises in test certifying of hazardous substances locations and stationary container systems as required under the HSNO Act 1996. We also run Approved Handler training courses and issue test certificates covering most areas where Approved Handlers are needed.
Along with test certification, we carry out site audits and general consultancy work involving hazardous chemicals and dangerous goods.

Our objective is always to provide practical advice regarding the management of hazardous substances.
If you have a vessel that contains hazardous substances then you may need a Stationary Container System Test Certificate.
If the vessel's main use is the STORAGE of hazardous substances, and the capacity exceeds 5,000 litres, you will need a Stationary Container System Certificate (SCS Certificate).
If the vessel's main use is as a PROCESS CONTAINER " it may be a mixer, a reactor, or similar " and the capacity exceeds 1,000 litres, you will need a Stationary Container System Certificate (SCS Certificate).
If the vessel stores PETROL and the capacity exceeds 2500 litres, you will need a Stationary Container System Certificate (SCS Certificate).
If the vessel supplies fuel to an internal combustion engine and the capacity exceeds 500 litres, you will need a Stationary Container System Certificate (SCS Certificate).
If the vessel supplies fuel to an oil burner, such as a furnace or boiler, and the capacity exceeds 60 litres, you will need a Stationary Container System Certificate (SCS Certificate).
Note that there are some exceptions to the above general rules.
