4th September 2013 I had the misfortune of having Braziers manage my executive property in Christchurch. They were very hard to deal with. When my tenant vacated the property I found out that Braziers had been stating that the floors were in 'excellent condition', when in fact the wood floor in the lounge had water damage for over 2 years, which they had blatantly ignored. My new property manager was shocked by this as much as I was.
Google Braziers reviews and you will find they have a terrible reputation in reviews posted by both tenants and landlords who have dealt with them previously.

25th August 2011 Braziers Property Management is extremely slack. We rented with them for a year in which all of our rent payments were made on time and our property inspections were all fine. On two occasions our property manager contacted us to raise issues that she hadn't even looked properly at. The first she blamed us for installing something in the house without permission and was quite rude and abrupt. We later found out the old tenants had installed it and she hadn't bothered to check the details properly or call us to apologise for her accusations. The second incident she rung to say we hadn't paid rent therefore she would be issuing us with a 14 day notice - it turned out she had seen a letter addressed to our flat and assumed it was a 14 day notice and therefore we hadn't paid rent - it was actually a letter addressing the shower that needed to be fixed. We again did not receive an apology for this. The rest of the staff seem to be quite cheerful and positive, it is a shame that this particular lady seems bipolar, lazy and rude.
